We believe the best way to work with you and your child is by building a strong partnership of care. To do this we want you to feel:

We have enthusiastic, motivated staff who are valued and respected in the work place. We staff at higher than ratio requirements and we have high levels of ECT (University trained) educators and Diploma trained Educators. We have high staff retention and recruit to maintain a work environment of respect, inclusion and support.

At Nicki’s Clever Cookies, we believe that nature is one of the best teachers a child can have. Our Bush Kinder program provides children with the opportunity to learn, play, and grow in the great outdoors—rain, hail, or shine (with safety always top of mind!).
Bush Kinder goes beyond traditional classroom learning. It allows children to explore open spaces, climb trees, discover bugs, and build cubbies—all while developing essential life skills and forming a deep connection with the natural world.
